21st Annual Windsor St. Clair Rotary / Tim Hortons, Kids of Steel Triathlon

To be held with 400 plus kids of all ages descending on Sandpoint Beach. Well this was the message up until about three weeks before the event and then we had to make the decision to move both our weekend races from Sand Point beach in Windsor to Tecumseh because of an ongoing labor strike in Windsor. Tons of work had to be done in a very short period of time, so special thanks goes out to the Town of Tecumseh, OAT, sponsors and volunteers for helping us get through a very tough day as it rained the whole time the event was taking place. I reserve this special thanks to my committee members for the great job they did throughout the morning as the rain made it very difficult for everyone to function properly. While we where unable to hand out four sponsorship awards, I would like to thank The St, Clair Rotary, Local 200 CAW Youth Activities , Bell Canada and Riverside Sportsmen for their support of this event for the past 20 years.
